  • Kurztext
    • A core reference summarizing the data on which individual CD markers are based Leukocyte and Stromal Cell Molecules: The CD Markers provides core profiles of all known CD molecules based on the results of the latest Human Leukocyte Differentiation Antigen (HLDA) Workshops. After an introduction that guides readers through the summary profiles and explains the technical terms, this reference details the structure, cell and tissue distribution, function, clinical applications, and available reagents for CD1-CD350. * Profiles nearly 400 known leukocyte cell surface molecules, including 100 newly designated CD molecules (some related molecules are grouped in one common profile) * Features a user-friendly format, with a set of common subheadings and a schematic diagram indicating the major structural features, including protein domains, motifs, and post-translational modification * Refers readers to Web resources for further information Compact, concise, and comprehensive, this reference is essential for immunologists, hematologists, pathologists, and clinicians. It also aids biologists, technicians, and professionals in the diagnostic and research reagents industry, and those in diagnostic laboratories.
