- Charles Ghigna<b></b>lives in a treehouse in the middle of Alabama. He has written for<i>The New Yorker, Harpers, Rolling Stone, The Village Voice,</i><i>The Wall Street Journal</i><b></b>and other magazines.<b></b>He is the author of more than one hundred books.
