Think about what we can change, how we can improve and what we can control - our everyday decisions and actions. It's time to empower ourselves by strengthening our bodies, our minds and our hearts, thereby strengthening our immune systems and increasing our resilience - and the secret to optimal health and resilience lies in the Qur'an and Sunnah!
