    • Wound is a rupture in the epithelial integrity of the skin which consequenced from aggression or trauma and could be chased by disruption of the structure and role of underlying normal tissue. It has been stated that hyperglycaemia make a toxic effect on wound healing through the formation of advanced glycation end-products which persuade the creation of inflammatory molecules (TNF-, IL-1) and hindered with collagen synthesis. With the high glucose level also changes to cellular morphology, reduce proliferation, granulation tissue was lacking in collagen and abnormal differentiation of keratinocytes. Hydrogel (HGs) is the networks of three-dimensional polymer which swollen by huge amounts of a solvent. The HGs have flexible, rubbery and soft texture, resembles on human tissues with influential contention as wound application. Hydrogels are particularly advantageous because they can prevent water loss and secondary infection, absorb wound fluids and provide adequate gaseous exchange. Due to the amorphous structure of the Gellan gum -Chitosan (GGCH) Hydrogel (HGs) can take water up to 99% its own weight
